添加了 instiki (wiki)

给网站加了一个 wiki，用来记录自己平时看书会需要用到，又不容易在网上搜到的资料。地址在 http://snakehsu.info/wiki/。目前是开放编辑权限的，如果被滥用了就会关掉。

设置这个版本（0.11.pl1）时有一点小问题，很多文件都是 DOS 格式，导致在类 Unix 服务器上工作不正常，把大部分文件 dos2unix 之后就好了。
